All our products are digital downloads, not physical goods. Once your purchase is confirmed and the files are delivered, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the intangible nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a digital product, not a physical item.
• Your files are delivered instantly via download after checkout.
• You forfeit the right to cancel once the download begins (as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital goods).

Damaged or Corrupted Files?

If your files are corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, please contact us at support@easternalchemy.org within 7 days of purchase. We will ensure you receive a functional copy.
